Terms and Conditions – Duca Del Cosma “Win one of 6 pairs worth R4500 each” Promotion.

Entrants

  • Any person participating in this promotion (“Promotion”) does so on acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

  • Duca Del Cosma is referred to as the “Promoter” in respect of the Promotion for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.The Promotion will run until 25 January 2017 after which date the Promotion will automatically lapse.

  • This Promotion is open to all persons of the age 18 years or older, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’ advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners/managers and staff.

  • By entering this competition, entrants automatically opt in to receive communication from the Promoter.

 

 

Promotion

In order to enter the competition, entrants must:

  • A) Scan the QR code on the promotional banner using their smart phone.

  • B) Complete the online entry form and submit the form.

 

Prizes

The prizes consist of:

  • A) Three pairs of Duca Del Cosma shoes for him valued at up to R4500 each (to be awarded to three male Participants).

  • B) Three pairs of Duca Del Cosma shoes for her valued at up to R4500 each (to be awarded to three female Participants).

  • The winners will be notified of winning telephonically, upon which the winner will get to specify their preferred choice of design and shoe size.

  • The prizes will be delivered to the winners within 21 working days of being notified of winning.

 

 

Selection and notification of the Winners

  • The six winners will be selected via random computerized draw on 26 January 2018.

  • If the Promoter is unable to contact a prize winner within3 (three) attempts to phone the winner, the Promoter will award the prize to the next drawn Participant.

General Terms

Without detracting in any way from the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the following general provisions shall be applicable:

  • The Promoter of this Promotion will interpret the Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion and the Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with the provisions contained herein.

  • The Promoter will publish any changes to these Terms and Conditions on www.ducadelcosma.co.za

  • For convenience only, the date on which these Terms and Conditions were last amended is shown above.

  • It is each Participant’s responsibility to check the websites for amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

  • By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may collect and process their personal information for purposes of this Promotion.

  • Information collected from Participants will be used by the Promoter only and will not in any way be transferred or made available to third parties.

  • In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. In this regard, and for further clarity, the Promoter shall be entitled to deal with such disputes (or any failure by participants to follow the Terms and Conditions) in their sole discretion, including that the Promoter shall be entitled, in addition to any other rights which the Promoter may have in terms of these rules, to immediately disqualify participants from this Promotion.

  • By participating in the Promotion the participants hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless the Promoter (including their subsidiaries, holding companies and affiliates), their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors (the “Promoter’s parties”) from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim or damages of any kind resulting in whole, or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion, and/or the acceptance of a prize.

  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any harm or consequential loss as a result of use of the prize.

  • The right of admission into the Promotion rests solely with the Promoter.

  • Participants who, in the Promoter’s sole determination, act unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise dishonestly, may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion.

  • Additional to any other rights contained in the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time with immediate effect. If this is the case, the Promoter will provide a notice on their website and it shall be the responsibility of participants to review such website in this respect. In such event, all participants hereby waive any rights, which they may have against any of the organiser parties and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature against the organiser parties.

  • The duration of this Promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If this is the case, the Promoter will provide notice of this on the website.

  • The clauses in these terms and conditions are severable. This means that if any clause in these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, it will be removed and the remaining clauses will still apply.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
